• Drive product management strategy, ensuring market alignment and innovation
• Oversee portfolio management, optimizing offerings for growth and sustainability
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness
• Lead market segmentation efforts to identify key customer groups and opportunities
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform business strategy and positioning
• Provide ad hoc quality support to maintain product excellence

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in lifecycle leadership
• Strong leadership skills with expertise in project management and strategic planning
• Exceptional presentation and analytical abilities, translating data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in performance reporting, analytics, and strategic recommendations
• Creative and strategic mindset for designing impactful product initiatives
• Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on growth and market expansion
• Experience in the tool industry is an asset
• Strong communication, collaboration, and intercultural team skills

Additional Details:

• Frequent travel required across North America with occasional international travel
