- Responsible for receiving, shipping, handling and assortment of stored materials and the maintenance of materials appropriate locations.
Quality Commitment:
- Ensure effective control and materials movement.
- Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Candidatealth, Safety and Environment.
- Receive material.
- Locate materials in appropriate locations.
- Assort material requirements to production area.
- Support inventory control department on the material cycle counts.
- Prepare the finished product exit and ship it to the corresponding transport.
- Perform shipping operations through established computer systems.
- And other duties as assigned by candidates manager.
- Participate in Risk Assessments.
- Implement and maintain security policy , health and environment at work.
- To support the committees in identifying risks and environmental aspects.
- Participate in Training program.
- Follow-up and review procedures and instructions OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001
- Intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior
- Identify and report potential environmental impacts
- Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity
- Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.
Internal and External Customers:
- Warehousing areas, who supply material.
- Inventory Control Analyst, for material counting.
Requirements:
- Education: High School.
- Skills: Planning and Inventory Control, analysis and numerical operations.
- Experience: one year in inventory control desirable.
- In absence of education requirements, must have two years of experience in the materials area.
