By proactively catching anomalies and deviations in data, this role directly contributes to multimillion dollar annual savings through reduced downtime, improved sterility assurance, and faster batch release.The opportunity:· Collect, clean, and process data from glove usage, vial counts, operator entry/exit, and environmental monitoring systems.· Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as downtime reduction, deviation prevention, and sterility assurance.· Perform root cause analysis on anomalies detected by Vision AI systems.· Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to translate insights into process improvements.· Support predictive analytics initiatives to forecast glove replacement and equipment maintenance needs.· Monitor performance metrics and present findings to leadership in executive ready formats.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:· Education & Certifications· No formal degree requirements. Equivalent professional experience in data analysis, statistics, or engineering is acceptable.· Experience· 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing.· Background in regulated environments with exposure to GxP compliance.· Technical Skills· Knowledge of manufacturing compliance frameworks and data integrity principles. (Nice to have but not required).· Familiarity with AI/ML model monitoring and industrial IoT data streams.· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook· Soft Skills· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.· Excellent English communication (written and verbal)· Preferred Experience· Certifications in AI.· Pharmaceutical program management or regulated environments.Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Role Location: OntarioCompensation Range: $86,000-$108,000BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
