You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.You’ll play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the full spectrum of industrial operations and teams for the project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Regional/Cluster Management, Product Industrial Managers, Project Material Managers, and Industrial Data Managers, to drive efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement in industrial processes. You’ll also lead strategic initiatives like digitalization and automation, while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.You’ll specifically take care of deploying industrial strategies and managing performance KPIs, but also developing and implementing robust industrial management plans.We’ll look to you for:Adapting and deploying industrial strategies in alignment with regional and project objectivesManaging deployment roadmaps and ensuring compliance with standards and best practicesRecruiting and organizing the industrial team, while fostering skills development and qualification pathsPreparing and managing budgets, leveraging synergies, and driving cost control initiativesOverseeing financial performance and ensuring QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments are metDeveloping and implementing strategies to improve Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) metricsDriving the deployment of tools like GSI and other digitalization initiatives * Conducting Make or Buy analyses, managing CAPEX, and overseeing process validationAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
